I invested in the first round on crowdcube in 2017 at the pre money valuation of £4.5 million and raised £984,110 and susequently 2nd raise was completed on Crowdcube not long ago. I can see the current round valuation is approximately £4.9 million. I am finding it hard to make out how they were able to come to the current valuation.
I avoided to invest in the second round due to the discrpency in the subsequent valuation.
It would be helpful if someeone could get there head around this.
I am bit cagy about this company?
I can see on seedrs there is an explanation about valuation which is doggy.
I hope this company dont go the way as Whitecar
