Opening a 2nd investment ISA with Freetrade

I understand that it’s possible to open a new investment ISA with a new broker each financial year.

I already have an ISA with Vanguard, but I can only invest in ETFs on that platform.

For the next financial year, I would like to open an ISA with Freetrade and keep my Vanguard ISA. Has anyone done something this?

Yep, that’s fine provided you only put money into one of them in each financial year.

So let’s say I have 10k worth of stocks and shares in my Freetrade general investment account. Can I move that to an ISA in the next financial year or do I have to sell everything and buy again within an ISA?

Sell and buy again.
