I don’t think it’s fair for me to post the email address without their consent. All I did was email info@ecap.kz and the reply came from an individual that works there.
Has anyone received any further forms via email about AIX transfer from Freetrade? They are claiming they were sent on Tuesday this week but I have had nothing, nor has my wife who also filled in the initial Google form.

So it very much looks like, Freetrade made a Google form as a token gesture, all of us with Polymetal holdings who got sent a link to it then filled it in. That is the end of it, our data just sits in a Google sheet which nobody has any idea who has access to. Seems like a complaint to the ICO might need to go on as well now.
Latest update - Ombudsman ruled in my favour and have written to Freetrade telling them to enable AIX transfer. So if that Google form was just a can kicking exercise then looks like they might finally have to actually do something.
