You’ll see this tag on #stock-requests topics. Some companies (often airlines), require investors to declare their nationality when they invest in their stocks. Since our Basic Orders are processed as a bundle, we can’t declare the nationality of each shareholder whose order is included in that bundle. My understanding is that declaring your nationality is a bit like signing the US W8-BEN form when you signed up, and it’s difficult for FT to implement.
