Hi Alex, there is still no HMRC payment in my SIPP, do you know why this is taking so long and when we are going to receive it? Your last message suggested early this week.

Id like to understand whats the root cause of this issue or whats been done to prevent the same problem next month. I had contact from cust. service on tuesday saying it was sent on that day and today i had another message from someone else saying it was sent today so im not convinced ft are in control here. This coupled with delayed transfers, late dividends, missing tax rebate on reits in isa’s and my problem list has become long. Patience and confidence are running out.

I’ve just had confirmation that the payments have been received and will be distributed shortly.
In terms of the root cause Platform One has explained to us that HMRC contacted them stating that the relief files had not been submitted in time.
There was some back and forth over the submission of these files as far as we understand that led to the delay.
We will investigate this further and if there is anything further to report we’ll let you know.
Apologies for this delay and the radio silence while we figured out what was happening.
