Freetrade SIPP and ISA bonus questions

Hi FT Community,

I have three questions regarding FT transfer bonus offers.

  1. I have already completed an ISA transfer for an ISA offer bonus with the old deadline 31 Jan 2024 (total value at transfer approx 300k) for which I am still waiting for the £1800 bonus. Any eta when this bonus would be credited?

  2. I am also thinking of transferring my SIPP to FT from Hargreaves Lansdown (approx value £250k). My question: would I also qualify for your offer below (in addition to the ISA offer I participated before) if I transfer my sipp between 10 February and 5 April 2025 (as per FT email received From: Freetrade Team <[no-reply@email.freetrade.io]

  3. Finally, all my inapp chat and emails to transferapps@freetrade.io has so far not received any response since Dec 2024 despite regular update requests (every 2-3 weeks). Very frustrating and not very confidence inspiring. Has anybody experienced the same?
