I have a very very micro position in SRE. I was planning to put more in due to their Stockopedia ranking is 97 and their 1.52% away from their 52w high.
But after this decent acquisition, it has solidified my thinking,

The asset is 93.5% let to 16 tenants with an annual total income of €4.1 million and annual net operating income of €3.5 million as at July 2019.
