Might end up going full circle! Paying for games to play on the touch screen that have microtransactions built into the ecosystem.
Thanks for sharing video. I enjoyed watching it
Had no idea about the Carbon Credits. That’s a moat in the car industry imo at the the moment.
As the narrator said effectively free money! Well done holders
Apart from Nio, Tesla is the best money tree in my portfolio currently
Funding secured
Check my investment out was lucky to buy one share at £151 and one £198 I’m up over £300 on Tesla alone check it out on my Chanel 22.5% ROI IN JUST 10 MONTHS £3300 Portfolio - YouTube
You’ve got some similar stocks to me, they’re doing pretty well. I’ve got Tesla, apple, microsoft, coke, facebook, all held for the last year or so.
What made you pay for the ISA? If your gains are under the capital gains tax allowance, then isn’t using a general investment account more cost effective?
They’ve produced cars just a year after they started building the factory? Does that sound insane or what. Not sure how long car factories normally take to get up and running.
Edit: That actually seems about right for setting up a plant.
The real test will be what the QA is like. Tesla are notorious for their poor QA at times, so a new factory, and in China, adds up to an important question.
From my basic understanding the vast majority of manufacture is machine based, so surely it’s just a calibration thing!? Will let you know in May when mine arrives
Codf have you seen Nio today? Up 99% at one point. Also new model EC6 looks great. I’m holding Tesla along with Nio but would love Nio to be available on freetrade. I posted updates on Nio request page
I’ve been waiting for Nio to hit Freetrade. Shame they’re up! Could have waited for me!
Yes I had to buy my Nio stock from H+L. Funny though as it wasn’t available to trade in my stocks and shares isa but only in my sipp and normal trading account
TSLA vehicle deliveries looking strong.
Not sure about it holding up EV competition, I think in the grand scale it’s putting a fire under all the established car makers and making them quickly mobilise to electric. See VW stating that they are phasing out combustion engine cars by 2026, I believe other manufacturers have made similar statements. I don’t think the state of technology is what was holding up EVs becoming more prevalent, there has been a genuine conspiracy by established players to protect their interests, i.e. big petro companies, petrol car makers.
I saw an interview with Elon where he said one of his aims in his work is to bring the future nearer and he estimated that Tesla has brought the electric car industry forward by about 5 years, compared to if Tesla never existed. It think this seems about right.
