US dividend taxes for UK residents

Hi all, I just wanted to confirm that if I get dividends from an US stock (eg. APPL) I don’t need to produce any additional documentation or tax paperwork because the amount is already taxed when freetrade adds the funds into my account. (stocks are in my ISA wrapper)
Am I correct?

thanks!

you won’t pay tax if they are in ISA. If they weren’t, then I believe you would have to sort the tax stuff out yourself (hooray for ISAs)

Edit: sorry, totally misunderstood.

The 15% dividend tax on US stocks is automatic, you don’t have to do anything
