I’m just wondering who do you bank with?
Main bank account (salary) - Lloyds
Joint account - Monzo
Travel account - Revolut
Credit card - Halifax
Savings - Marcus
Nice to see another Macaulay about the place.
Main Bank (Salary) - Monzo
Credit Card - Lloyds
Backup Holiday Card - Starling
Monzo - that’s it.
Monzo
Should we just change the thread to “is anyone not using monzo and why?”
You first?
RBS/NatWest
Starling
Various providers for savings and credit
Until Monzo offers credit cards it will be suboptimal for many to use them solely.
Main account: Monzo (Salary, bills)
Backup: Starling
Empty legacy account: Natwest
Credit card: Amex (daily spending)
Backup: Natwest Mastercard
Starling (& Amex).
I used to have a card for each “challenger” bank when they were still frequently adding features + my main accounts at HSBC, but then Starling was the first of them to offer both business and joint accounts and I switched it all to Starling.
Starling is great.
Amex + Monzo + Starling + Lloyds
The Lloyds is useful for collecting CASS deals.
Must have been with Lloyd’s around 30 years
Everyday Banking: Monzo

Monzo.
Joined them back when it was still Mondo and I’ve been super impressed. Moved away from Halifax.
What is so speacial about monzo that Revolut lacks? I have both, but Monzo UX is terrible in my view and it is almost serviceless (sorry Monzo backers) unlike Revolut. Terribly trying to copy paste things from Revolut.
For me, I just like the budgeting features, the left to spend, get paid early, and the bills pot to segregate DD’s and SO’s from the main balance.
I also really enjoy IFTTT integration.
