What a roller coaster
I would like to be proven wrong and see this stock go to the moon. Afterhours is not always a good indicator but it has rebounded well. I hope hodlers get a chance of getting a squeeze.

Talking of Lawyers, If it was Citadel that went after Peter Hann above, would be interesting to see if they decide to go after youtubers.
If I was a Hedge fund and I could demonstrate that Iām not manipulating the price I would be firing off Cease and desist order to Youtube and getting those channels taken down
Maybe they just donāt care though

What makes you say this? Managing Partner with over 40 years experience who now primarily focuses on Wall St. corruption seems legit enough to me

That is my point, an average lawyer, many lawyers have been in the business for ages and had big cases. 
And a brief look through his case history is hardly sparkling. It is not a bad thing being a lawyer but claiming top was the bit I meant and the cashing in part.
I never implied he wasnāt legit In the media they claim people are world class or top too frequently when usually it means attention seeking.
Not sure but I think you-tubers have a bit of a āget out of jail feeā card for airing opinion only. Otherwise many should be in jail now for things they have said on the platform.(not necessarily about this subject)

Pretty sure if you came at them with lawyers Youtube would delete the videos. Youtube doesnāt have special dispensation to ignore defamation and slander laws

Thatās just a headline mate, same is done all over MSM as you say. Youtube is worst for it for sure but the age of monetisation is upon us. I hate Youtube for the most part due to this and the thumbnails. Talk of impressing their algo also annoys me lol. āTopā is in and of itself an opinion I guess.
Thatās why every video says for entertainment.

I think itās likely they donāt want to give more attention to themselves. If they got themselves into a lawsuit, discovery could get uncomfortable for them.
Section 230 of the communications decency act mean they are not responsible for the content created on their platform by users. Not saying they wouldnāt use community guideline when a letter from a powerful law firm lands on their desk though.
