Up 9.6% yesterday and 16.1% higher in after hours. Floating around $25 now. Will be interesting to see how this one pans out after the markets open today.

Long term though it’s not going away, companies & governments are committed now.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but for now there’s no financial result that sustains price growth, so I think it’s only expectations that are high.

Too frothy right now. I’ve been in and out already for a hefty profit, but will look to buy back in again if the price drops once the merger has been voted on (and presumably approved), as has happened with many other SPACs.

Do you know when they are due to vote on the merger?

I don’t, but I’m guessing it’d be by the end of Q1 21.

Just touched 32% since the market opened and floating around +30% now. Congrats to the early adopters of this stock. Definitely a long term hold for me.

Definitely a long term as I love Arrival but with this gain, I am thinking of booking some profits - I got in at $16.85. And buy again at dip. I just think it might come down a bit around the merger date as usually happens with SPAC but you never know… it might just continue this trend

That was my plan but as this point I’m just fighting the FOMO

Can someone tell me what the hell is going on with this stock today? I get the Cramer gave it his blessing, but this is crazy!

After selling out of GMHI/LAZR yesterday evening for a 40-50% profit, I had been tempted to dip into this again. But I told myself not to chase the green. I’m sure there will be better entry points further down the road. The price is currently being driven by positive sentiment and speculation.

I just sold my entire position, and like you will look at a lower re-entry point. This run is madness.

Wise move. Too easy to get burned.

I sold too, will keep watching it and get in when it dips, it’s got huge potential

strong finish yesterday after hours. Hopefully it can test and hold $30+ next week. It is not unreasonably priced IMO.

This guy put out rather a bearish video, but he also cites a $22bn implied market cap for Arrival, but according to my research and analysis this SPAC is yet to break through even a $20bn implied valuation yet. I make it about $15.3bn. Which compared to Tesla, Nio and Xpeng is of course quite a bit lower.

The $22bn implied market cap for Arrival was based on how much ownership CIIC will get.

CIIC’s market cap is $879m and it will get 4% ownership of Arrival.
If [total value] x 4% = 879m
Then 879m / 0.04 = [total value]
Therefore [total value] = 21,975m

If you think Arrival will be worth $15.3bn then paying $879m for 4% is poor value and you probably want to avoid it.
