It appears they are a Dutch listed company (although they appear to have a US listing as well), though not currently added to the App
Dutch stocks are available, but only the top 25 by market cap for free - MEGATHREAD: Dutch stocks 🇳🇱
It’s likely you would have to pay for Plus to get access to VEON Ltd if it was added - Stocks to invest in - 6,000+ US, UK and European stocks to buy
