On FT, Centamin’s full name is Centamin plc. In that case, why is there no Centamin plc on Companies House? There are variations on the name but not Centamin plc.
I ask because I was hoping to look at the financial docs for Centamin on Companies House but since there is no precise match then how do I know which Centamin to look at???

The company’s registered office is in Jersey, not the UK.
You can find it on Jersey CH equivalent here: https://www.jerseyfsc.org/registry/. Looks like a lot of the information is pay for, there is some free information though that you may be able to check through signing up, although i have no area how indepth they are.
That said the various Centamin companies listed on companies house look to be various companies that fall under the Centamin Umbrella
You can also look at the performance tables under thisismoney.co.uk for almost all FTSE and AIM stocks. Lots of fantastic information about each company on there.
