I recently complained to Fidelity Funds Network about their £10 per share deal charge and was offered £25 compo.
Am now complaining to AJ Bell who charge £9.95. All thanks to Freetrade as a reference point. Fidelity and AJ Bell use the same broker network where trades are executed at a rate of 0.3% so 30p on a £100 deal.
If anyone at Freetrade who knows about the dealing side wants to comment on this it would be interesting. AJ Bell put all their trades through Peel Hunt who then execute on the likes of Turquoise. Fidelity do the same but they use Platform Securities which is part of Fidelity International.
