Add the following country ETFs
I like your thinking, 20-odd birds with one stone!
Horrible feeling you’ve named 20x US ETFs … which equal 20x No Chance, Sorry
For example, your Brazil exposure for Europeans would be via IBZL… anything else won’t have a KIID
That’s just the law
Regulations, eh? Phew!
Unfortunately, we can’t offer ETFs that are listed on US exchanges because the providers don’t produce KIDs (Key Information Documents), which is a regulatory requirement.
We’d be happy to look at including UK-traded country-focused ETFs with enough community demand.
I definitely think that ETFs for Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Brazil, Mexico etc. should be a top priority.
As the vast majority of people using Freetrade are likely to be relatively less experienced at share trading allowing them to gain exposure to economies through ETFs would make much more sense.
Aargh! I forgot about the regulation on US ETFs
