When will you be converting the last round? kinda shady to start a new funding round without converting the last set of investors.

Another few years.

If you had 1000s of shares you may be able to make a secondary sale, but its not worth the time for 192 shares. Nothing you can do except sit on your hands and wait.

With regards to price, you will know soon enough once Freetrade shares details of the raise.

Last time they raised, they were worth £2.51 a share - if I’m reading correctly from here - https://www.crowdcube.com/companies/freetrade/pitches/lG57pb

Nothing you can do until Freetrade either floats on the stock market or someone buys them. Crowdfunding is very much long-term, illiquid investing.

Devils advocate here but the Q1Q2 revenue could be skewed by a lot of people paying a lump sum for their annual membership? Which would mean low revenue in Q3Q4?

Can’t remember from the top of my head when the annual fees came out. Was that in Q1?

Income wont be recognised until service delivered per accounting standards.

Ah! Thanks for clearing that up

Yeah, I made over a 400% return, now would be idea time to sell, but as you said most likely going to have to wait unyil FT floats on the stock market

No. That round was ages ago.

They raised at 3.77 and then 9.25 since then.

They then had a convertible round.

This round is going to be significantly lower than 9.25 though IMO…the world is a different place compared to when that round closed.

Hi all

We’ll be sure to address all the great questions coming through in the coming days and before the round goes live. We’ve got an exciting plan for the comms we’re working on for this round. Watch your inbox for updates and make sure you’ve pre-registered to get all the updates.

As a point of housekeeping our Community Guidelines prohibit any posts either asking to sell or buy shares in Freetrade. Please keep that in mind going forward

Best,

The annual subscription came out in May I believe

Any more news on when the auto pilot feature will go live?

Edit: I just spotted the other pinned thread about recurring orders going live this weekend.
Congratulations on shipping!

I invested a fair amount in R7 and I am considering investing in this round. I feel like FT are growing nicely and could do with a boost.

Who else is going to join me?

I probably will invest in this round too. Looking forward to see the pitch.

Yep that’s correct! We recognise annual subs revenue across the 12 months that are paid for up front.

I’ll be the first to throw my share price guess in the ring,I’ll say around the £6 mark!

£5.25

-£28.7m EBITDA is painful to see

A new funding round is one of the triggers for conversion.
“Qualified Financing - automatically if the Company raises at least £40,000,000 at a price per Share of more than £3.7711 (Default Price).”
Not entirely sure what happens if they don’t raise £40M, but the long stop is 22-Nov-2023 at which point it’ll convert anyway.
