There will be no celebrating a $ unicorn on this forum!!
Here here. £ only. None of that dollar crap .
I wonder if our unicorn will evolve into a decacorn lol…
Alarm set for 9.50am
I’m excited because this will be my first crowd cube but also nervous what the share price will be, how much the first investors push the price up if that’s how it happens.
Will we be able to see the prices rise from the first share holders to the 11pm holders?
When I buy the shares on crowd cube are they kept there? Or do they show on the freetrade app?
Sorry for the questions still a newbie here.
Thanks
The price is set so won’t rise or fall so along as there are shares available you’ll pay the price everyone else paid at 10am.
They won’t show on freetrade but they be kept in your portfolio on crowdcude
Hi Kiava,
You willbe issued with a share certificate at some point and the details will be in the CrowdCube App.
Silly question whats the difference between investing at 10am or 12pm share price will still be the same?
I’m guessing from the replies above it’s just that first investors get to invest first and we all hope there is some shares left for us. Someone correct me if I’m wrong.
Also thanks for the replies above
In previous raises they have hit their funding target withing a few minutes. They might close the round early if it goes really well…
that seems to put the share price bellow £10?!
Time to load up on more shares it would seem if that is all true
Had no expectation of buying more, but here we go
Valued at approx 20% of what trade republic were valued pe-money 6 months ago?
That sounds fair to me given trade Republic had 6x the AUM of Freetrade. Give it another year and Freetrade will be there but revenues and average account size need to grow to justify that type of valuation.
According to @Cameron’s thread the other week, there are 64,105,711 shares outstanding.
If this is still accurate, that puts the share price for round 7 at £10.14.
Edit: shares outstanding may be outdated, expect the price to be lower.
Such a disappointing valuation. Really expected a floor of £800m pre money. Wow.
For anyone purchasing it’s the opposite of that, remember the only way is up, and FT is at a turning point and am sure European rollout has slightly dented the valuation but it’s not always a bad thing as we aren’t selling our shares right now anyway.
