Diginex owners of Equos.io a cryptocurrency Exchange is seeking to be listed in the NASDAQ exchange. Its listing if approved by NASDAQ will make it the first cryptocurrency Exchange to be listed.
Diginex is acquiring 8i Enterprises which is to be its special vehicle but they await the approval of 8i shareholders who will be voting on September 15 to give the transaction an Aye or a Nay!
