This look interesting to me. It’s incredibly stable company who specialise in long term government leased properties and produces a 5% dividend. Shame about the 15% US tax but thinking off adding this into my SIPP when it arrives in a few weeks.

When it is approved you will get, as will everyone, a notification in the top right hand corner of your screen with a + sign and saying “share chat completed” :+1: This means it is basically coming in next day or so. It is annoying that you can’t see the message then add it yet but that is the way they do it. It would be good to get a “It’s live” on the thread when you can buy but don’t see that happening.

Me and @Leonm1182 are going to raise a ton of capital and buy US government buildings on long leases and then IPO. Or we could just buy $DEA!! :joy:
