I just read how shares in the European Sleeper cooperative will be available to small investors from next month. Would love to purchase them here!
Their website says they are organised as a cooperative, so you’ll buy shares directly from them, like being a member of a building society, having a share in the Co-op (supermarkets etc), or a crowdfunded company. They really don’t sound like they’re intending to be a public company listed on a stock exchange.
