I’m not an expert in this but from my experience in investing elsewhere I suspect the regulatory authorities would take a dim view of the fact that investors have different knowledge levels of the firm/no opportunity to review the pitch deck (or even be granted access to it) while been ‘pressured’ to invest.

This and the fact the video of the crowdfunding event the other day not yet being officially available lead me to start thinking this crowdfunding hasn’t been that well organised - slightly worrying for a firm in the financial industry!

I think that’s the case with a lot of crowdfunded pitches. Most of the time you have time because there isn’t the huge demand straight away. It would be better if the page went live at least a day early with the opportunity to read all the docs.

This has proved to be a bit of a joke from Crowdcubes side… charge a 1.5% fee but cant scale the systems to handle a crowdfunding investment launch… what a joke… - strong case for push back from the team on the fees which could be passed back onto investors…

I kept getting gateway error on laptop for 15 min , finally tried on my phone through the CrowedCube app and it worked first time, for those of you still getting gateway error try through app it not already tried.

Yes - this not happening is what I think the regulators would take a particularly dim view of - its been almost 20 minutes and haven’t even been granted access to the documents (and the pitch deck no longer even seems to be offered)

Gone thrice … two times apparently from 502 crashes on the laptop , what should I do ? Cancel two extra attempts now or contact crowdcube , as this will affect the overall 4m cap , as multiple people have faced same thing .
