Pretty poor from Crowdcube
I have invested on website 5 times as there were no response. 
This is bad as i will remove my other 4 investments later, but cap will be filled.
Keeps crashing. Anyone getting any luck?

App seem to be working fine, website not so.
The payment is not immediate. If that happens, cancel the latter investment

How quickly do you get the confirmation email?
On the website it is still trying to process my payment.
On the app I have used my touch ID to invest twice, but nothings happening?
Any idea how to cancel a double investment made by mistake? I can’t find anything on the website about it

I said I wasn’t going to invest but got caught up in the moment…

All investments have a 7 day cooling off period so you can change your amount/mind before that.

Did the same thing. Go into the Portfolio section and there is a cancel button there.

We asked Crowdcube to investigate. We’ll update you of course!
Same issue here. I was getting error in my transactions and now I got confirmed investments. It is very simple. Go to your transaction screen and cancel it
