The Freetrade team ought to be well on top of changes to the index but it seems they haven’t updated the Free/Plus universe to reflect changes to the Index. I haven’t looked at the US indices so there may be changes that haven’t been reflected yet either.
FTSE Russell, a leading global index provider, confirms that ITV will be joining the FTSE 100 Index as a result of the June 2021 quarterly review. In the rebalance, Renishaw will leave the FTSE 100 index and enter the FTSE 250 index.
The rules-driven, impartial quarterly reviews ensure the indexes continue to portray an accurate reflection of the market they represent and form an essential component to the management of the indexes.
