As suggested by @hrochfor1 my recommendations versus performance!
I have been a little hard done by Aston (AML), as it did drop and is now bouncing back. I like to think I got that one right and the situation has now changed! If you take that out the average on sells changes to -6.76% which is much better 
I’m pretty sure my buy’s should be higher than my hold’s
