I’ve always had issues with this document as it’s so vague and feels like it’s open to abuse.
The word “incompatible”, makes me dubious.
None of legal stuff matter if the cops all Hwang out with the hedge fund/private equity/prime broker buddies.
Swaps hide it all…
…until they don’t.
You know Hwang had a short portfolio they dont wanna even mention in court by name.
54 billion btw…
Margin call time.
Let the ritious indignation continue!
Interesting times ahead. Roaring Kitty has also been updating things on hit YouTube channel.
Kitty litter still not sold out yet
his options are now worth $301million and shares $200million
Sold out
What a day. And a livestream from Roaring Kitty tomorrow, hype.
If gme gets to $70 kitty cat will be a billionaire… on paper anyway
I guess he needs the YT exposure tomorrow to pump the stock
This $240m needed to exercise, could it be a possability be that he is using the shares he owns as collateral for a loan?
Do one pal, your derision and contempt for holders and RK drips from each reply. Genuinely hoping you’ve missed out.
Regards, regard,
I don’t have contempt for anyone.
I find it all very fascinating and watching from the side lines.
Just commenting on what I think I see happening
I’ve never owned GME. Never traded it.
But we can all see what’s coming. He’s pumping the life out of it.
Some will make $$$
While a lot less in the know will end up in the cat litter box with the other turds
I guess some portfolios are about to get toasted.
less than you pump nvidia
share sale. expect a stronger balance sheet of pure cash and no debt in a high interest rate environment.
probably get 2-5 billy from this sale
edit: 5 billion balance sheet at 5% fed funds gives gme massive optionality.
cash is king.
