On my side, once I’ve entered the password it prompts for my 2FA authenticator PIN but I have not received or seen any QR code to setup FreeTrade on either MicroSoft or Google authenticators so I cannot get a code…it’s a catch22.
dont know if this is a bug but anyone else seeing a variance between the web/app in terms of day change performance and overall value?. e.g in terms of day change mobile currently showing +£96 while the web is showing -£14. ive watched it for about 10 mins it never syncs up. Total value doesnt seem to vary as much.
dont know which one to trust
After reading some positive comments, just checked, not impressed.
Anyone in the FT team should seriously look at Indian website zerodha

Am I missing something, or is there no Insights tab anywhere?
I’m not really a fan of the layout of the portfolio page. IMO the portfolio page should be focussed on exactly that - my current portfolio holdings. Currently, the portfolio holdings have been placed in a widget on the right, but I think it would look better if the holdings were placed below the chart and formed the bulk of the page (similar to the mobile app).
Logged out of the web platform now and going to use the mobile version which I think is much better. The web platform just doesn’t look and feel right in the current state, and could benefit from a fresh pair of eyes to review it (web and UX designers).
Haven’t looked at the web app for ages. But a customisable front page could be cool. If you could drag and drop and resize widgets you could have it exactly how you want it.
I’ve used Gridstack to make draggable resizable widgets on a web app before, other solutions may be available
One of the pain point I’ve found is logging into the web interface logs me out of the mobile one. Why can’t I be logged into both at the same time?
I can understand only allowing a single session on each platform for security.
It doesn’t log me out when i do so.
The only times it did was the first time I logged in, and then when I forgot my password.
The password reset probably reset the with on the mobile side. I hadn’t tried logging into the web again to see if it was a one off issue. I’ll try it again soon. Thanks.
I think you are right about it being a one off log out on the mobile app when setting up the web interface. I’m not reproducing the log out issue.
If you’re moving and need to update your address, you can now do this directly on the web platform. No need to reach out to Customer Service.
Just click on your initials in the top right corner and select Manage profile.
Anyone else having trouble logging into the new website…
It keeps saying " THE CODE YOU ENTERED IS INVALID " I have downloaded Google Authentication, input the code and every time it says this, Anyone got any ideas,
Just log into my account, no issues on my end. Maybe they fixed it?
Does the feedback button on website work? Doesn’t for me?
This is an issue with pre-existing web accounts. I had the same problem and customer support sorted it out for me.
Where is that button? I have to report a bug and can’t even find a way to do so.
Could you please share more details about the bug you’re experiencing? I can help raise it internally and look into it for you.
Too much hassle, I did not bother chasing that up. Now I don’t even remember what my feedback was
Thanks for the friction
