IPO for small investors

So I have a company which I hope will IPO next year. I own around £300 worth of shares. Is it even worth it to continue to hold till ipo. Is there like any hidden charges. How will I be able to sell my shares?

Well if you bought shares in a private company then there is no easy way to sell until the company goes public(IPO). I don’t think anyone on this forum can advise you to hold or sell your investment especially if they don’t know what company you are talking about. Generally, people only invest in private companies if they hope one day they will grow and list on the public markets.

You can also get dividends from private companies and they could get acquired by a venture capital company or another company in the industry, that’s probably more common than IPOs.
