Is Freetrade.io down? Can't access account

I can’t get into my account via the app, keeps trying to get me to sign up then I get a message to contact you and then I get stuck in a loop with the chat bot telling me I’m logging in with the wrong email address even though I can log in the web platform with the same credentials.

Working ok for me, try full reset and reload?

Im the same, I cant access it at all, my portfolio wont load. Its showing 100% cash, 100% stock etc. I can see activity etc but no portfolio and cant trade.
