Question for someone that knows… LGen went ex div yesterday, and their record date is today.
If I was to sell today, would I be included in div payment due in May? Or is it safer to wait till next week. Thanks
Anyone who was holding it up until yesterday morning should receive the dividend as far as I know.

I finished my write up on Legal & General, bit late and missed out on the ex-div last month (getting paid on the 4th June) but still some great growth to be had still.
Big upside for me is the share price growth and recovery post COVID-19.
They have a lot of different business lines and like most financial firms the numbers can be harder to read due to the mix of regulatory requirements and actual working capital, but there is still some value to be had!
