Limit order queued - now not cancelling

Is anyone else having issues since the US market opened?

I tried to place a few limit orders which were queued and now I’ve managed to place them (and price has gone way up!) I’m unable to cancel them!

I know the US markets issue has been resolved…

…but, my limit order is still there, way below the price of the stock which has gone up throughout the day, and I can’t cancel it.

I messaged via the app almost 3 hours ago but haven’t had a response.

Please could someone arrange for it to be cancelled for me. Thanks

Yup - I sent them a message. Took a day or 2 to clear it though.
