Bought BP shares at 9am this morning- order still says pending- can’t contact anyone to find out why 5 hours later order is still pending.

Have you tried cancelling it any trying again?
It will not let me cancel order?
Never had this happen before- lack of direct communication is terrible.
Emailed regarding this and get a reply saying we will be in contact within 3-5 days!
It happens sometimes. It will be triggered at the moment it should (instant if instant order). You’ll see it eventually, never been more than a couple of hours for me.
The gist is that it will likely resolve itself very shortly.
