I usually find it helps if you restart your phone. I think the stats can be quite buggy.

Thanks Ryan, sadly restarting my phone hasn’t helped me.

Additionally (and thanks to Bitflip for moving to this thread), I see mention of Analyst stats. Are we supposed to have them as standard users? They flash up for me Cheshire Cat style when I enter stock pages on the app but then immediately disappear.

When I’ve had a bad connection blank analyst ratings have appeared and not vanished!

IIRC, they are part of the Premium plan but not the Standard plan.

New plans do not start until October so any changes wouldn’t been seen yet.

Hi @waszko @Max_R what is the issue here? Is it that your provider doesn’t provide these aggregated ratings for some stock or is there a technical data feed update problem or some other bug? If you don’t provide the data for a particular stock … I suggest that you have some code to display something more user friendly.

I saw this show up not long ago. Great addition, thanks for this.

My hope for the future: It might be on this thread that I mentioned before but on the phone app at least there’s a lot of scrolling at the moment. Maybe you’re already looking into it but it would be great to have an option to stack the different cards of info on a horizontal container to tab or swipe between them.

I think I used yahoo as an example before

On the iPad as well there’s an opportunity to make use of the larger space (eg no stacking needed or scrolling) that’s not currently well optimised


However that’s not to down play the nice addition, I’m sure it’s already on the radar I just wanted to show some support for it

Hi @Eden - thanks for the great feedback. In terms of the space afforded on the mobile device you are right the design architecture will need to change to handle more cards gracefully. We will be introducing scrolling in our next release and once we start to introduce new categories of data we will look at more improvements to the design.

You are right the iPad can be optimised further and we will make a note. cc @Rafael @waszko

We’ve now released a fix for an issue we had fetching some stats data: HSBC, Royal bank of Canada, Td bank, Centamin, and others should be working for you now!

Thank you, but the stats for TM1 is just blank, stats on CEY are now showing.

Hi, looking at the help in the new expanded stock data, there appear to be a few Typo’s…putting here to highlight for ease/speed of correction.

While not a spelling mistake per se, LSE opens 0800 not 0830?

Just to confirm these screens are being reviewed to check for errors/typos. Any corrections should be in place soon. Give it a couple of days or so before they show up on your phones.
