I know this has been raised recently and Freetrade says it is delays with a third party.
But I am missing a Tax relief from a payment made on the 1st October, and we not getting any communication from Freetrade on what is being done to remediate the issue. I presume others are in the same situation
FT team please can you provide a comprehensive update on the situation and the action being taken to escalate the issue with the provider, and finally when we can expect this to be resolved.
