My Phone died. Using an old LG smartphone until the new one is delivered. All my other apps seem to be working fine, but the Freetrade app is not compatible.
Is their anyway to access my account/make transactions other than through the app?
It’s possible that the Android version on your old phone is not version 7 or above, which is the minimum compatibility for the Freetrade app.
Although not ideal, when I was in a similar situation (due to incompatibility), I bought a cheap (£50) phone which I used solely to access Freetrade, until my phone was upgraded.
