Portfolio page not loading

Is anyone else having issues loading portfolio in the app. Other tabs seem fine.

Everything behaving fine for me. Check your data connection and/or reboot your phone?

Nope, tried that, Google play update as well, cleared cache, and not loading on my other device either. Is there a tech/contact group here, as I cant send a message without the portfolio page opening up?

I had experienced something similar in the past month. I deleted the app and reinstalled it again, fixing the issue for me, it may be worth a try.

yes, I messaged FT, there is a fault. They’re working to fix it. mine will show ISA, just not ny SIPP.

Hi, found this as the most recent thread on this topic as I’ve run into the same issue with my Portfolio tab not opening, been going on for at least a week now. Did anyone get this resolved, or do I have to chase up customer support?
