Purchase limit on freetrade app

Hi,

Just want to know , why there is a cap of £9 every time you buy any share!
I can’t pay more than £9 and I normally repeat the transactions, sometimes you get different shares in between this.

I wasnt aware of any limit when purchasing shares. Can you post screenshots?

That shouldn’t be happening. Probably best to ping the support team a message in-app.

Hi, the purchase limit for a single buy is £9,900.

Drop us a DM if you’re having issues buying smaller amounts than that.

yes, it doesn’t allow more than single digit in the amount field.

yes, it allows only single digit in Amount field and I’ve pinged the support team , waiting for their response.
