Can anyone advise how you can purchase shares with rights and add them to you freetrade SIPP.
As an example, National grid have anounces that those with shares purchased before 22nd May can purchase 7 additional shares for every 24 currently held at a discounted price of £6.45. These need to be purchased before 10th June.
I am told by Freetrade this is not directly supported with their platform, but interested to know if anyone has managed to buy and add back into their SIPP.

Sorry but Freetrade do not participate in any voluntary uk corporate events even if it is beneficial to its customers.

So we are expected to just lose hundreds of pounds because of Freetrade’s lack of process!
This is terrible and needs to be fixed or people will walk!!!

I walked April 2022 when they had two price increases within a year for Standard without fixing any of the issues that were causing many people not to sign up in the first place. I really wish people would walk, I don’t understand at all why people are still with FT with their continual late dividends and unresolved issues that go on for months and years unacknowledged!
