This is also on the ‘SFS’ segment of the LSE which contains complex products which often aren’t intended for average-Joe retail investor.
An alternative could be BlackRock Frontiers Investment Trust (BRFI). It offers active exposure to similar markets such as Saudi and the UAE but it also includes other ‘frontier’ countries from around the world.
As ever though, do your own research!
