This will be because I have a CIFAS marker against my address since I have been a past victim of identity fraud.
While the message on screen says that you have been sent an email this doesn’t seem to be the case so automating the process would be good please.
Emailing invites to join the beta well into the working day soon before support goes home doesn’t seem a good idea so as roll out continues please can this be considered?
Hopefully I can photograph my passport and driving licence in App to validate ID without having to post photocopies. It will be good to get the account open before Friday when I’m looking forward to trading.
Had a few issues, but I got it installed, kept saying the magic has died please reenter your email. But working now.
On the portfolio page, it would be nice to have more info, would like to see daily, weekly, monthly
gains and losses as percentage increase and in pounds and pence
Also, not sure why money I am holding as cash is showing in my portfolio total, I think it would be better just to show money I have invested on the portfolio page

need INSTANT bank transffers, I use sky sport betteing app, any money i move into the sky sport betting app is available to use straight away
Despite my gripes about not being able to open an ISA I’ve bought a few things in the GIA. The app is nice and easy to use. I had one instant order rejected out of 5, but it went through second time, I agree that Instant bank transfers are needed. I topped up last night and I’ve only just got the money to invest a few minutes ago.
I did find myself using other web sites on my desktop to look at charts and financial info. I supposed the problem with mobile is fitting enough info on screen without it being cramped.
All seems to have gone through ok - on the Portfolio tab I can see the orders I have made. However, the Portfolio tab constantly now displays the “spinning wheel” above the list of queued orders.
Have tried closing and reopening the app but get the same result.
Hello guys and thank you for allowing me to test the beta. I just wan to know if any long in options will be added soon. For example on my iPhone I can log in using face ID. On my Samsung I can’t log in using the fingerprint only using a 4 digit code.
Finally on!! Easy enough set up. Nice list of stocks though they seem more for long term investments and I am more into trading a few weekly. Would be nice to see more volatile stocks.
Overall looks good but…I sent a small deposit yesterday around 6pm to just test topping up…is now 4.45 the next day and still hasnt reached. Unsure why, checked all details set up on my bank payee list and all correct. Any advice? Cheers

On iOS it’s the little person icon in the top right corner of portfolio page and then the live chat at the bottom of the list. Hopefully it’s similar on android
Managed to have a good play today and got my first buy submitted and processed wee. and a second submitted. Support dealt with all my issues quite quick this morning through the app. Got a feeling I have so far made a very good choice with freetrade and see good things in the future.
