I see Schroders stock is on the app (SDR), but I prefer the non-voting rights shares (SDRC) which trade at a 20.75% discount to SDR. I doubt freetraders actually vote, and even if they did it would be too small to matter, so for me at least, i’m happy to buy the discounted stock.
