Not an expert, but I don’t think this will work. I doubt it will be possible to swap shares between users when they are held in an ISA. And when they are held in a GIA this would probably have some onerous tax implications
Buying and selling between users would work over this. Swapping shares will just lead to one of the users taking a loss. Novices will especially get burned. We need to look after them and welcome them onto the app not f*** them over. Brutally honest…I wouldn’t like to see this.
Edit: For buying and selling an escrow/blockchain system could be used.
