Stamp duty Help

A company listing on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange has lower (more flexible) regulatory requirements than that of the main market - mainly to help smaller companies and Stamp duty was removed for shares listed on AIM to encourage investment in them.

The three companies you listed are listed on the main market, not on AIM. I would imagine that investment based companies like these would investors a lot more cautious if they were listed on AIM (and could likely discourage them).

Transaction costs and ongoing fees would be deducted from the fund itself so you wouldn’t receive any bill or payment request at a future date.

Much appreciated, thanks

Morning Alex,

Appreciate this is slightly off topic for this thread, but could you provide an update on β€œstamp duty” issues for a number of AIM stocks meaning we’re unable to buy more?

Thanks
