What do I need to do to prove to Stockperks that I own shares enough shares in Carnival to claim my stockperks. They do not seen to recognise Freetrade as a stock broker.
The way to claim the perk has changed. You now have to download the app “Stockperks” and register. You still need your monthly statement showing your 100 shares which you attach to your claim. Once your claim is approved via an email sent to you, you need to go to the redeem section of the app with your cruise number, cruise date, name and email and send this off. They will confirm within 1 week that your perk was successful. I would recommend you apply at least 2 weeks before you sail. Happy Cruising
