Im a watcher, not an investor in SMCI.
The question is…what way from here???
I mean where do you start with this. Crazy 12 months and now an auditing firm has quit on them, plus the short report from Hindernberg and DOJ probe. The company has bad form in the past for bad practices.
Still might be worth a small gamble

Personally, there are plenty of other alternative investments. I wouldn’t touch SMCI with a barge pole.
I’m not close enough to company operations and I can’t trust any of their numbers. What possible information could I use to assess whether they are a good investment?

Thats a good assessment. Even the auditors don’t trust the numbers now, so how could anyone else? Its like investing blind.
Seemed a good AI play in the past, but I would say a big gamble stock at present.

Waiting to get in here. Numbers are important, the sooner they appoint a new auditor the better.
Pressummably they still have the contracts to supply Nvidia and the rest so if the cash is flowing it should be a good investment. Might need to offer up a few directors for the chop in order to show they mean business. The other option is they get taken over.

What would happen to the shares we own in Super Micro Computer, if they are delisted because they don’t submit a plan in time (Nov. 16) for their 10-K filing?
Would we lose them or still retain until they are re-listed?
If it’s delisted you still own the shares but are unable to sell them via the exchange. You can look to OTC (over the counter) market to sell directly to buyers but that comes with many challenges including reduced liquidity.
Another huge hit here $20 in last 6 days. Rough out currently. Anyone got good news!
The majority of tech stocks have taken a tumble. This also apparently also faces potentially being delisted from the NASDAQ if it doesn’t file it’s 10-K today.
Market edgy over this 10k, if they dont file today or Nasdaq refuses an extension then the delist process starts.
I have made a few ££ in this over the recent period, I sold my last small position at $64ish last week, only to rebuy in at $60ish 
.
Hold for me, hopefully I shall recoup in time and its only a small amount so not overly bothered, but the win has turned a tad sour this week.
