FMCI is a SPAC due to merge with Tattoo Chef… they would rival Beyond Meat. However, their financials are better. Their Cauliflower Pizza (trademarked) is getting hints from Pizza restaurants that it may be added. They already have products in Targets, Costco etc. I would love this added before the official merger due this QUarter
