I was waiting for the following bad news.

Technology Minerals - Holdings in Company & Director/PDMR Shareholding #TM1 Technology Minerals - Holdings in Company & Director/PDMR Shareholding - Vox Markets #voxmarkets

So CCL, a company owned by the same Bod, have sold a load of shares of TM1.

Is this a cash raising or a signal of bailing out…

How I have read the RNS is that TM1 can get more credit. Why they want more credit I don’t know the reason, or are they going too bail out?

I dunno, everything they’ve done for the last 18months has been totally confusing.

It’s all very confusing, I still don’t really understand why Recyclus is not now Technology Minerals?

I think they said they would revisit the merger when conditions are more favorable, but when might that actually be?

Well I asked this one an inwardedly linked social media platform and so far have had no response.

When conditions allow apparently, whenever that might be? I suppose with TM owning such a big proportion of Recyclus then we should hopefully feel some benefit as things ramp up. I hope anyway. It’s been a bumpy journey down thus far. I’ve no idea how things will pan out unfortunately.:joy:

Some good news, but…will it move the share price?

The arrival of the Tfs is the only this that will move this in any meaningful way

Looks like a big scam to me now

Its always been a scam.

Totally deflated by this. It had all the promises and was incredibly believable. Yet we pumped our cash in to a business that appears to have been little more than a front.
