I feel this is good that a commodity company wants to be invovled in recycling. TM1, Li-Cycle just supply the black mass
Yeah I meant from the point of view that if Glencore acquire Li-Cycle, do they need further deals etc from Recyclus now that Trump has popped his tariffs on everything…
What is the problem? They want a recycling company in the US. They have a recycling operation with TM1 where the black mass is shipped to Germany. TM1 ship black mass to india or they are going too. Glencore are invested in a battery company in Australia, please explain to me what can trump do?
Oh boy
I was just wondering what people thought the implications of a US-based operation with Glencore would be to TM1/Recyclus, seeing as how TM1/Recyclus just shipped a load to them. ie: would that deal be impacted by this new deal and Trumps tariffs - like would it be lessened?
That’s all, no MAGA agenda etc, simple question.
Think this answers your question!
Perhaps they will make a move on TM1 for a foothold in the European market?
They already have a foothold in Europe.
Yes I see the bigger/clearer picture now, thanks Mark.
RNS out
2nd RNS Also….
OK, so 2 lots of positive news and the SP reacted positively.
Worth a listen but just some repertition. It will get there, when, who knows?
A good listen! Some hard hitting questions to make an honest interview. Especially with Alex highlighting mistakes they’ve made. But I guess if these are the first ones to do it, it will happen IMO. It’s a steady process, but one I can get behind!
£900,000 profit compared to £1.5m loss the previous year. Share price still down though
My opinion only. The share price will slowly move upwards when Glencore are confident with the recycling and delivery of the black mass. I have stated in the past that 6 months will pass before we all see positive results, only 4 months to go, the share price will rise. I repeat, only my opinion.
4 months until what
