Hi,
Not sure if this has been asked before but when I was filling out my EIS form I saw that the last rounds shares have a termination date of 3 years in the future.
Does that mean I lose these shares in 3 years time?
Thanks

It means that once the three years is up, if you sell your shares, you donβt have to pay any capital gains tax or repay any of the EIS tax relief you claimed
Ah that makes sense, thank you!
