I heard about fractional stock investing whllst listening to the Motley Fool Rule breaker podcast.
I piqued my interest and I looked for a platform to do this in the UK but to no avail.
Then persistent prevailed as I came across Freetrade investing - which seems to offer this new style of investing. I was surprised and excited to know that Freetrade is a new, in progress venture.
I look forward to being the first 60476 on the waitlist!

Albeit being 60k-th in the queue, you are quite lucky that your waiting will be nowhere near those guys who sticked around for months (and years). The app has launched literally 10 days ago and still in the process of early testing. If you are interested, you can submit your details here. Freetrade picks testers based on a diversity of factors and onboards new batches of users every Tuesday.
Fractional shares. These are not (yet) available for the UK listed securities. However, once the US stocks will be on offer (few weeks/months to go), those are the ones you can invest from as low as £1, which could, for example, let you own 0.0005 shares of Amazon!
